What are the common styles of stainless steel glass railings?

The stainless steel glass railing manufacturer Demose can customize the production of stainless steel glass railings according to the requirements of various types of customers. Next, I will share with you what styles of stainless steel glass railings are available.

Stainless steel glass railing

1. Mosaic

Inlaid stainless steel glass railings are made by setting stainless steel columns on both sides of the glass, with slots on both sides of the columns, or with three sides of the ground, or three sides of the handrail. Insert the glass directly into the two or three-sided notches, and fix it by injecting glass glue into the notches. The column is first slotted on both sides of the pipe, and the cut is required to be flat and smooth.

2. Hanging type

The hanging stainless steel glass railing mainly refers to a form in which the weight of the glass is borne by the hanging pieces set on the handrail. No matter what kind of handrail is used, stainless steel hanging clips must be installed under the handrail, and the number of clips is generally considered to be two or three per piece of glass. Use a groove on the ground to make the glass enter the groove, or weld a clip on the column to hold the glass, and finally inject the glass glue into the groove or the bayonet to fix the glass firmly.

3. All glass

The all-glass stainless steel glass railings do not have any connecting material between the glass and the glass. A gap of about 8mm should be left between the glass blocks during installation to avoid collision between the glass blocks or damage to the glass due to stress caused by temperature changes. . The glass is fixed by the stainless steel handrail on the upper side and the ground on the lower side through the connection with the glass.

4. Plywood

The splint-type stainless steel glass railing is to hold the glass through the slot welded on the column. When installing the glass, the glass must be clamped into the groove, but the clamping force should be properly controlled to avoid damage to the glass due to excessive clamping force. The specific form can also be welded with a long horizontal clip on the vertical pipe, the upper and lower openings of the glass are all inserted into the clip groove, and the two sides of the glass should be left with a gap of 2-3mm with the vertical column. There are many ways to stick with glass glue, but you must pay attention to safety and beauty.
